Do students find the simulation helpful and engaging?​

  • Absolutely! You don't just need to take my word for it, though. Students have said:​

What are â€‹sample use cases for the InsiderHire Simulation?

  • Orientations, in the classroom, collaborations with student organizations, standalone workshops, as a peer coach training tool, a professional development tool for career staff...... the list goes on!

How long does it take to facilitate? Can it be done in person or on Zoom?

​

  • It's best facilitated in 75-90 minutes. However, it can fit into 60 minutes if you're able to prepare students with some preliminary information in advance. In person facilitation is most common, but it's also effective online using breakout rooms.

Do we need special tools or technology to run InsiderHire?

​

  • No! It's best facilitated using a projected screen. Students will use their laptop fduring the simulation. Otherwise, no special software is needed. 

 

 

Can I see it before purchasing it?

  • A demo version is available on this site. Since this simulation is full of intellectual property, we don't show the full simulation until it's purchased.​​
